Service Agreement

1. Parties

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between YY Digital AI, California (“Studio”), and Client name / business (“Client”).

2. Services

The Studio will provide the services listed in the Order Summary below. Anything not listed there is not included and may be added only as a separate, written add-on with its own price.

Order Summary: package e.g. Business website, add-ons e.g. Minimal Logo, timeline e.g. 2–3 weeks.

3. Price and payment

• Total price: $0,000. Payment: 50% deposit before work starts and 50% before launch, unless stated otherwise in the Order Summary.
• Payments are made through Stripe. Orders from $1,000 may be paid in installments through Klarna, Affirm or Afterpay; the provider fee (6.4%) is added to the price and is paid by the Client.
• Monthly plans are billed in advance each month.
• Services are priced without sales tax. Printed goods include applicable sales tax.

4. Third-party costs

Domains, advertising budgets (Google, Meta and others), paid software, subscriptions and any other third-party services are paid by the Client directly to those providers. The Studio's price covers its own work only: creating, setting up, analyzing, reporting and checking.

5. No cancellation after start

Once this Agreement is signed and the deposit or full payment is made, the order cannot be cancelled and all payments are non-refundable. The Studio reserves time for the project and begins work immediately. The Client agrees to raise any concern in writing first and to give the Studio a chance to resolve it before contacting a bank or payment provider.

6. Client content and timeline

The Client provides accurate texts, photos, logos, business details and access needed for the work. The timeline starts when the Studio receives the content and the deposit. Delays in content or approvals extend the timeline. If the Client does not respond for 30 days, the project is considered delivered as is.

7. Revisions

A revision round is one list of changes sent in one message. Included: Starter — 1 round (up to 1 hour); Business — 2 rounds (up to 2 hours); Premium — 3 rounds (up to 4 hours), requested within 14 days after delivery. Revisions cover the content of the purchased package only. New features are add-ons. Later changes are made under a Website Care plan or at $129/hour.

8. Monthly plans

Website Care plans are month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the paid month. Advertising plans have a minimum term of 3 months and then continue month-to-month until cancelled. Included hours are per month and do not roll over.

9. Ownership and handover

After full payment, everything created for the Client becomes the Client's private property: website, content, domain, business email, Google profile, ad accounts, and all passwords, keys and access. Accounts are registered in the Client's name, and the Studio hands over every login. The Studio claims no rights to them. The Studio may show the finished work in its portfolio unless the Client objects in writing.

10. Confidentiality

The Studio keeps the Client's business information, passwords and data confidential and uses them only to perform this Agreement.

11. No guarantee of results

The Studio guarantees professional work, monitoring and honest reporting. It does not guarantee search rankings, numbers of leads, sales or revenue, which depend on factors outside its control.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Studio's total liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in the 3 months before the claim. The Studio is not liable for third-party platforms, outages, policy changes or decisions by providers such as Google or Meta.

13. Late payment

If a payment is more than 7 days late, the Studio may pause work until payment is received. Deadlines move by the length of the pause.

14. General

The Studio works as an independent contractor. This Agreement, together with the Order Summary and the Terms of Service on yydigitalai.com, is the entire agreement between the parties. It is governed by the laws of the State of California. Electronic signatures are valid and binding.
